Scotch Pine allows for more expansive breath, while Litsea Cubeba brings a sparkling lemony aroma and an overall feeling of calm to the nervous system. The aroma of Balsam Fir is most recognized during the winter holiday season and may help in strengthening the immune system.
The Ritual: Unscrew the cap and breathe in the aroma. Use as needed.
4) Cedar Tips Incense
Cedarwood has a wonderfully relaxing aroma and can bring prosperity to one's home. To burn you will need an incense charcoal disc (not included) and a fire proof dish. Burn on a flat surface away from curious children and pets. Light the charcoal disc(follow the directions on the package) and place a cedar tip on top of the disc. You will know it is burning if you smell the charcoal and see the leaf smoking. With cupped hands, "scoop" up the smoke and bathe yourself in the incense. Feel free to add other resins or aromatic flowers to your ritual as you see fit. If your space becomes too overwhelmed by smoke, open the windows.
